Z Holdings Selected as a Component of Dow Jones Sustainability World Index (DJSI World) For the Third Consecutive Year

For the third year in a row, Z Holdings Corporation (hereinafter "ZHD") has been selected as a component of the Dow Jones Sustainability World Index (hereinafter "DJSI World"), one of the leading global indices of ESG investment, and the Dow Jones Sustainability Asia Pacific Index (hereinafter "DJSI Asia Pacific").

The Dow Jones Sustainability Indices were developed as the pioneering series of global sustainability indices. Based on long-term shareholder value, the indices make a comprehensive analysis of economic, environmental, and social performance of listed companies in the world, and select leading sustainable companies.

Under its mission statement of "UPDATE THE WORLD - Unleashing the infinite potential of all people, with the power of information technology," and based on its materiality issues and its goals, ZHD actively carries out and discloses initiatives in all ESG areas in order to achieve a sustainable society.

In addition to DJSI World and DJSI Asia Pacific, ZHD is also selected as a component of indices such as MSCI Japan ESG Select Leaders Index, adopted by Japan's Government Pension Investment Fund (GPIF), and FTSE4Good Index Series, widely used to create and assess sustainable investment funds and other financial products.
